Psychotherapy
Most people start therapy when they are in crisis at a breaking point. However, individuals may begin to seek therapy before they reach a crisis; when they want to learn more about themselves; when they feel interested; when they want to start having better relationships. Psychotherapy can be conducted face-to-face or online video calls. Individual psychotherapy means it is one-to-one basis. Through psychotherapy, you may gain new perspectives by looking at your situation from a different viewpoint or discover your blindspot that may jeopardise your relationship with others or become more aware of your past experiences that influence your present or future behaviours
