Couple Therapy

When a couple made the commitment to be, stay and live together, they need to learn the art of compromising and giving. It is an absolutely difficult task hence many were susceptible to burn-out or forced to be at the crossroad to make a choice to stay or leave their relationship. One thing for sure is that you are not alone because many couples are struggling with issues similar to yours. Nothing to be ashamed of but may regret if you do not give your relationship or marriage a second chance. A relationship or marriage will either go through a new beginning with healthier and positive changes or proper closure of a chapter while wishing the other party to live well too. The intent of couple therapy is to lay different perspectives on the table while exploring with couples how their past experiences from family or self influence their present behaviours.
